Key Specifications:

  • Bore Size: 4.115 inches
  • Top Ring: 1.0mm plasma steel with HVOF molybdenum coating
  • Radial Wall Thickness: 0.143 inches
  • Performance-grade construction for demanding applications
  • HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) moly coating reduces friction and improves oil retention
  • Plasma steel top ring provides exceptional strength and heat resistance

MAHLE ring sets are manufactured to OEM specifications and beyond, making them ideal for performance rebuilds, racing applications, and high-output street engines. The plasma steel top ring construction delivers improved sealing efficiency and extended service life compared to conventional ring materials.
