MAHLE 3011059B Performance Piston Ring Set Bore Top Ring - 4.035 1.0mm

The MAHLE 3011059B is a high-performance piston ring set engineered for demanding engine applications requiring precise bore specifications and enhanced durability. Designed for 4.035-inch bore diameter cylinders, this ring set features advanced plasma steel construction with HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) molybdenum coating on the top ring for superior wear resistance and reduced friction.

Key Features:

• 4.035-inch bore diameter for precise fitment
• 1.0mm ultra-thin plasma steel top ring for reduced friction and improved ring seal
• 0.143-inch radial wall thickness provides optimal tension and conformability
• HVOF molybdenum coating delivers exceptional scuff resistance and durability
• Performance-grade construction suitable for high-output and racing applications
• Bulk packaging for professional engine builders

MAHLE's plasma steel ring technology combines a steel ring body with a plasma-applied face coating, offering the strength of steel with enhanced surface properties. The HVOF moly coating process creates an extremely dense, hard surface that withstands high cylinder pressures and temperatures while maintaining excellent oil control. This ring set is ideal for performance rebuilds, racing engines, and applications where maximum ring durability and sealing efficiency are critical.
