Milton Industries 1170-1 Replacement Desiccant Charge 1 Quart Silica Beads

The Milton Industries 1170-1 is a 1-quart replacement desiccant charge consisting of silica beads engineered to remove moisture from compressed air lines. Designed for use with Milton compact desiccant dryers, these beads protect pneumatic tools, cylinders, and downstream equipment from rust, corrosion, and water damage caused by moisture in compressed air systems.

Key Features:

• Silica bead construction — high-efficiency desiccant material formulated for superior moisture absorption in compressed air applications
• Color-indicator beads — transitions from dark blue to pink when moisture capacity is reached, allowing easy monitoring through the dryer's sight glass
• Reusable and regenerable — restore full drying capacity by removing from the unit and baking at 275°F for approximately 3 hours until blue color returns
• Compatible with Milton compact desiccant dryer systems — designed for seamless integration with the Milton 1170 series dryers
• 1-quart capacity — UPC 309371170146
• Made in USA

Keeping your compressed air system dry is essential for protecting air tools and equipment from internal corrosion and premature wear. The 1170-1 desiccant charge makes maintenance straightforward — simply monitor the bead color through the sight glass and regenerate as needed, making this a cost-effective, long-term solution for clean, dry compressed air.
