NGK 24690 Oxygen Sensor - Heated 4-Wire Direct Fit O2 Sensor, 18mm Thread

The NGK 24690 Oxygen Sensor (also called an O2 sensor or NTK oxygen sensor) is a direct-fit replacement sensor. It is built to OE-style specifications and gives the engine computer constant closed-loop feedback on exhaust oxygen content. This lets the ECU adjust the air-fuel ratio. The result is better engine performance, better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. The sensor also helps the OBDII system detect fuel delivery and catalytic converter problems.

Key Features:

• Heated, 4-wire direct-fit design with a male connector
• 18 mm thread diameter
• Wire length of about 18 in. (460 mm)
• 7/8 in. wrench size
• Includes an OE-specified, water-resistant connector and wiring harness hardware for easier installation
• Advanced ceramic sensing element with a 3-stage contaminant-resistant plasma jet and deposit trap overcoat to protect against element poisoning
• Dual-coated platinum interface and thinner ceramic element for fast light-off and response times
• Tested for vibration and thermal shock during development, and tested during manufacturing for quality and reliability

NTK is a leading supplier of original equipment oxygen sensors. This sensor brings OE fit, form and function to the aftermarket.
