ACDelco 13598774 GM Original Equipment TPMS Tire Pressure Sensor

The ACDelco 13598774 is a GM Original Equipment Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor designed to keep vehicles on the road longer with parts that work precisely and fit perfectly. This battery-powered sensor is located in the tire and monitors the vehicle's tire pressure, warning the driver when pressure falls more than 25% below the manufacturer's recommendations.

Key Features:

• Connected to the valve stem and uses Radio Frequency (RF) technology to send pressure updates to the vehicle's on-board computer
• Includes sensor body, snap-in rubber valve or aluminum valve stem, plastic cap, and electroless nickel-plated valve core
• Features corrosive-resistant stem and premium 3-volt lithium battery with 10-year life
• Operates at 315 MHz frequency
• Programming required by automotive professional for proper installation

Tire pressure is displayed on the vehicle's Driver Information Center (DIC), or when low, a warning light is illuminated to warn the driver. This sensor is backed by General Motors and goes through the same 18-step quality approval process as OE parts.
