Weapon-R 626-116-101.B Intake Manifold Thermal Gasket Mitsubishi Eclipse Eagle Talon Turbo

The Weapon-R intake manifold thermal gasket is engineered to reduce heat transfer between the intake manifold and cylinder head on turbocharged Mitsubishi Eclipse and Eagle Talon engines. This thermal barrier gasket helps maintain cooler intake air temperatures, which can improve engine performance and reduce the risk of detonation.

Key Features:

• Reduces heat soak from cylinder head to intake manifold
• Helps lower intake air temperatures for improved power and efficiency
• Direct replacement for OEM intake manifold gasket
• Precision-cut design ensures proper sealing and fitment
• Constructed from high-temperature resistant composite material

This thermal gasket installs between the intake manifold and cylinder head, creating an insulating layer that prevents heat from the engine block from transferring into the intake manifold. Cooler intake manifold temperatures result in denser air charge, which can translate to better throttle response and more consistent performance, especially during aggressive driving or track use.
