Cometic C4340-027 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket for Subaru Bore - EG33 98mm

The Cometic C4340-027 is a high-performance multi-layer steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for the Subaru EG33 flat-six engine. This precision gasket features a 98mm bore diameter and a compressed thickness of .027 inches, providing an optimal seal between the cylinder head and engine block.

Key Features:

• Multi-layer steel construction for superior sealing and durability
• 98mm bore diameter designed for Subaru EG33 engines
• .027-inch compressed gasket thickness
• Resistant to high combustion pressures and temperatures
• Eliminates leak paths and withstands extreme cylinder pressures
• Manufactured to strict tolerances for proper head-to-block sealing

Cometic MLS gaskets feature multiple layers of stainless steel with advanced coating technology that allows the gasket to conform to sealing surfaces while maintaining its structural integrity. This design makes them ideal for high-performance and forced induction applications where stock gaskets may fail. The EG33 engine, found in the Subaru SVX and other models, benefits from the enhanced sealing capabilities of this precision-engineered gasket.
