Product Details

The Cusco 466 540 A is a Type OS front strut tower bar engineered to enhance chassis rigidity and handling performance. This performance suspension component eliminates chassis flex between the strut towers, preventing the misalignment of suspension mounting points during aggressive cornering and high-load driving conditions.

Key Features:

  • Oval shaft design constructed from lightweight aluminum for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
  • High-rigidity center bar with stylish oval cross-section construction
  • Steel mounting brackets finished in Cusco's signature blue coating
  • Simple bolt-on installation for front upper strut tower locations
  • Section shape Type 1 design for maximum effectiveness
  • Manufactured in Japan to strict quality control standards

Cusco strut tower bars are designed to improve vehicle feedback and driver confidence by maintaining suspension geometry under load. The Type OS design combines performance-oriented engineering with reduced weight compared to factory components, making it ideal for both street and track applications.
