Product Details

The Cometic C4574-060 is a high-performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Subaru EJ255 Version 2 and 2007-2018 EJ257 engines. This precision gasket features a .060" (1.5mm) thickness and 101mm bore diameter, making it ideal for turbocharged applications and performance builds requiring enhanced sealing capability.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction for superior sealing and durability
  • .060" compressed thickness provides optimal compression ratio adjustment
  • 101mm bore diameter for precise fitment
  • Engineered for EJ255 Version 2 and 2007-2018 EJ257 engines
  • Handles high cylinder pressures in turbocharged applications
  • AFM (Armor Clad Fluoropolymer) coating for enhanced corrosion resistance

Cometic MLS gaskets utilize multiple layers of stainless steel with precision-engineered embossments that respond to cylinder pressure changes, providing exceptional sealing under extreme conditions. This gasket is a popular choice for Subaru WRX and STI builds where increased boost levels or modified compression ratios demand superior head gasket performance.
