Product Details

The Industrial Injection Double Dragon CP3 fuel pump is a high-performance fuel delivery solution engineered specifically for 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet/GMC Duramax LLY diesel engines. This upgraded injection pump delivers significantly increased fuel volume compared to stock CP3 pumps, making it an essential component for trucks running aggressive tuning, larger injectors, or demanding high horsepower applications.

Key Features:

  • Double Dragon 120% capacity design provides substantially more fuel volume than stock
  • Direct replacement for factory Bosch CP3 injection pump (replaces OEM part number 0 445 020 030)
  • New, not remanufactured—ensures maximum reliability and performance
  • Engineered to support high-performance builds up to 650+ horsepower
  • Maintains proper fuel rail pressure under demanding conditions
  • Precision-machined components for consistent fuel delivery
  • Designed and tested specifically for LLY Duramax platform

This pump is ideal for enthusiasts who have upgraded their LLY Duramax with performance tuning, larger injectors, or turbo upgrades and are experiencing fuel pressure drop-off under load. The Double Dragon's enhanced volume capacity ensures your engine receives adequate fuel supply to support maximum power output while maintaining drivability and reliability.
