The Sparco SPX seat represents the ultimate evolution of the sport seat, using a combination of carbon fiber and advanced composites that give the driver both comfort and performance in a lightweight package. Handcrafted in Italy using the same technology and materials used for OEM super cars, the SPX is the first carbon fiber reclining seat available to the public that meets the same specifications required by OEM manufacturers.

Construction and Materials:

  • Gloss carbon fiber backrest—lightest carbon fiber reclining seat on the market
  • RTM composite lower that provides both lightweight strength and comfort
  • Covered in a combination of beautiful perforated and smooth Italian leather with Alcantara suede center sections for enhanced grip and vehicle control
  • Hand stitching done in tone-on-tone black with embroidered Sparco logo
  • Weight: 12.7kg (28 lbs)

Features and Functionality:

  • Micro adjustment knob on backrest to dial in the perfect driving position
  • Leather pull strap releases the backrest to fold forward for access to backseat or storage area
  • Ergonomic carbon fiber backrest shape holds the driver during extreme lateral forces while remaining comfortable for long road trips
  • Sold in driver (left) and passenger (right) specific versions
  • Includes lower and side mounting holes for installation

Not FIA homologated—designed for street and track day use. This is the left/driver side seat configuration. Mounting hardware and seat rails sold separately.

They carried the parts i was looking for at an amazingly discounted price. I'm not dissapointed even though the initial ship took 5 days to begin. Per their note they do inform the customer of 1 day to process the order and another 3 "business days" to SHIP. Seems like in this age of instantaneous communications the lag should be dramatically less. Generally, a more robust processing center can ship same day if in the same time zone and order arrives before 2pm - a goal to shoot for! ;)
