Apex Gaskets AMS8020 Intake Manifold Gasket Set

The Apex Gaskets AMS8020 is an intake manifold gasket designed specifically for Toyota 1.5L 12V SOHC 3E and 3EE engines used in 1987-1994 model years. This gasket provides a critical seal between the intake manifold and cylinder head, ensuring proper engine performance and preventing air leaks that can affect your vehicle's fuel efficiency and operation.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for Toyota Tercel 1.5L engines (1987-1994)
• Designed to provide an air-tight seal between intake manifold and cylinder head
• Prevents vacuum leaks that can cause rough idle and poor engine performance
• Cross-references to Felpro MS93548 for compatibility verification
• Manufactured to meet OEM specifications for reliable fitment

A failing intake manifold gasket can lead to several issues including rough idle, decreased fuel economy, poor engine performance, and potential check engine light activation. This replacement gasket restores the proper seal to maintain optimal air-fuel mixture and engine operation. Essential for intake manifold service, rebuild projects, or replacing worn gaskets on high-mileage engines.
