Product Details

The Donaldson P601286 is a heavy-duty air safety (secondary) filter element designed to serve as a critical backup inside a two-stage air filtration system. Commonly referred to as a safety element or inner element, this filter sits inside the primary outer air filter and provides a final line of defense against dust, dirt, and debris reaching the engine in the event the primary element is damaged or improperly seated.

Donaldson's safety elements are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications, using high-efficiency filter media engineered for consistent performance in demanding conditions found in agricultural, construction, industrial, and off-highway applications.

Key Features:

 • Secondary/inner safety element — provides engine protection when servicing or replacing the primary air filter
 • High-efficiency filter media captures fine particulates that may bypass a compromised outer element
 • Precision-engineered end caps and gaskets ensure a proper seal within the filter housing
 • Manufactured by Donaldson, a global leader in filtration technology
 • Meets or exceeds OEM filtration performance standards
 • Designed for use in two-stage heavy-duty air cleaner assemblies

The Donaldson P601286 safety element should be replaced periodically per manufacturer guidelines — typically every other primary filter change — to maintain maximum engine protection. This element is a direct-fit replacement compatible with the corresponding Donaldson filter housing.

Very easy and convenient

Autoplicity has a great selection of parts and wonderful customer service.

The cheapest price on the net and very fast shipping. I received my items in 3 days and they were delivered on a Saturday to make things even better.

Will be using these guys again real soon.

Autoplicity is Awesome!!!!! I ordered a Aeromotive Stealth 340hp fuel pump for my 89 Supra Turbo. Not only did they have the best price on the part I ordered, the shipping was the fastest I've seen in a long time from any company. I ordered it on Wednesday, had it shipped to a freinds house where my car is and the part was there Friday morning. I was like DAMN!!!! That was fast I wasn't expecting it till Saturday or even Monday. Luckly my friend was off work that day so he could sign for it. With service like that I will definitely order from them again, even if the part cost a little more, cause I know I will get it ASAP!!!! On top of getting the awesome price, shipping, and customer service, now they are offering another $5.00 off my order. The only thing that could have been better is if they offer Military Discount which I forgot to ask about. Well kids the moral of the story is, that if you don't order from Autoplicity you are just plain DUMB!!!!!!

Ordered Monday afternoon & it was here Wednesday! Can't get any better than that. Called prior to order & they were very helpful & without a long wait time either. I bookmarked them & will be sure to buy auto parts from them again. Thanks again.

Great Prices and Simple Ordering!
