Donaldson Filtration P532500 RadialSeal Safety Air Filter

The Donaldson P532500 RadialSeal Safety Air Filter is a critical backup filtration component designed to protect engines from contamination in heavy-duty applications. This safety filter features RadialSeal technology and measures 3.27 inches inner diameter by 4.76 inches outer diameter with an 11.57-inch height, providing reliable secondary protection for air intake systems.

Key Features:

• Serves as a backup filter in case of primary filter damage or improper installation
• Prevents contaminants from entering the clean side of the air intake system during primary filter servicing
• Designed to plug rapidly if contamination bypasses the primary filter, alerting operators to potential issues
• RadialSeal design ensures secure, leak-free installation
• Tested to ISO 5011 efficiency standards for reliable performance

Donaldson recommends replacing safety filters with every third primary filter change unless there has been a failure of the primary filter. Primary OEM cross-reference: Caterpillar 6I2500. This genuine Donaldson safety filter provides dual-function protection by acting as both a backup to the primary filter and safeguarding the engine during filter maintenance intervals.
