The Donaldson Filtration X007099 is a DCA4 (Diesel Coolant Additive 4) supplemental coolant additive designed to provide superior protection for heavy-duty diesel engine cooling systems. This 1-pint bottle contains a phosphate, nitrite, and molybdate formula that protects vital engine components from cavitation, corrosion, and cylinder liner pitting.

This supplemental coolant additive is recommended for Ford Powerstroke, International Truck, and Cummins diesel engines. It's equivalent to Ford FW-16 (now VC-8) specification. The proper chemical concentration should be maintained at 1.5-3.0 units per gallon in your cooling system. DCA4 is less toxic than some alternatives, making it preferred for applications where skin sensitivity and environmental concerns are important.

Applications: Heavy-duty diesel trucks, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, marine diesel engines, and railroad diesel applications. Suitable for use in systems where glycol-based coolants are used, as well as marine and railroad applications where water is used as the coolant.

Wow that was fast. I ordered a Pertronix Ignitor conversion kit. Not only were they by far the lowest price I could find, they shipped within hours of submitting the order. I got the shipment in less than 24 hrs, even though I ordered ground shipping. I was a little bummed that they did not offer free shipping, as I am used to with other online places, but with their fast turnaround, I am not begrudging it. Sure it might have been because they have a warehouse nearby, but it was still unexpectedly impressive. The part arrived and looks like it all there and should be good to go. <br><br>I can't vouch for their customer service, but so far I am pleasantly surprised.
