Product Details

The Wiseco 6549M88AP is a forged performance piston designed for the Nissan VG30 Turbo engine. Built to Wiseco's exacting standards, this piston features an 88.00mm bore diameter and a -9cc dome volume, making it ideal for turbocharged applications where lower compression ratios help manage boost pressure and reduce the risk of detonation.

Wiseco pistons are manufactured from high-strength forged aluminum alloy, offering significantly greater strength and durability compared to cast pistons. The forged construction allows the piston to withstand the elevated cylinder pressures and temperatures associated with forced induction builds.

Key Features:

  • Bore Size: 88.00mm (oversize)
  • Dome Volume: -9cc (dished) for reduced compression ratio
  • Wrist Pin Bore: 1.260 inches
  • Forged aluminum alloy construction for superior strength
  • Designed specifically for turbocharged VG30 applications
  • Precision CNC-machined for tight tolerances and proper ring seal
  • Compatible with Wiseco rings and wrist pin assemblies

Whether you're building a high-output street engine or a dedicated track motor, the Wiseco 6549M88AP delivers the reliability and performance needed to handle the demands of a boosted VG30 powerplant.
