Dayco E060393 Poly Rib ELA Self-Tensioning Serpentine Belt

The Dayco E060393 is a specialized Poly Rib ELA (elastic) serpentine belt engineered for self-tensioning drive systems. This is not a standard serpentine belt—it features proprietary stretch technology designed specifically for two, three, and four-point drives that eliminate the need for traditional belt tensioners.

Key Features:

• 6-rib poly-v design with 39.3-inch free length
• Proprietary EPDM construction with polyamide tensile member for controlled elongation
• Self-tensioning capability maintains proper tension throughout belt life
• Aramid-reinforced compounds for exceptional durability and wear resistance
• Designed to conform to worn or misaligned drives
• Temperature range: -42.7°C to 100°C
• Meets SAE J1459 standards

Important Installation Notes:

• Special installation tool required (Dayco 93879 recommended)
• Do not attempt to pry belt onto pulleys—may cause damage
• Not interchangeable with standard serpentine belts of the same size
• Vehicles manufactured with stretch belts must be replaced with stretch belts

This belt replaces OEM part numbers including Ford AE8Q-6C301-AA, AE8Q-6D314-AA, BE8Z-8620-A, and Motorcraft JK6-414A. The unique elastic construction allows for high elongation during installation while maintaining proper tension to transmit accessory loads demanded by modern engine drive systems.
