Product Details

The Coast 901024 is a specialized nut-sert tool kit designed to install threaded inserts into RV awning roller tubes for center rafter installation. This tool is specifically designed for use with Carefree Rafter V, VGS, VI, and VIGS center rafter models, making it an essential accessory for RV awning maintenance and upgrades.

Key Features:

  • Installs nut-serts directly into awning roller tubes for secure center rafter mounting
  • Compatible with Carefree Rafter V, V GS, VI, and VI GS models
  • Simplifies the installation process without requiring professional equipment
  • Enables secure pin-style attachment of center rafters to roller tubes
  • Essential tool for DIY RV awning upgrades and repairs

Center rafters add crucial support and stability to RV awnings, helping to keep the canopy taut and preventing sagging. This nut-sert tool kit makes it possible to properly install the threaded inserts needed to secure center rafters using the recommended pin attachment method, providing a more permanent and reliable connection than cradle-style mounting.
