Milton Industries 1102 Filter-Regulator-Lubricator Trio 1/2" NPT

The Milton Industries 1102 is a professional-grade Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) trio that combines three essential compressed air treatment components into one pre-assembled unit. This complete system features polycarbonate bowls with protective metal bowl guards and includes an integrated pressure gauge, with a maximum capacity of 250 PSI and 100 SCFM.

Three-Stage Air Treatment System:

• Filter: 40 micron filter element removes unwanted dirt, debris, and condensed water from your airline. Features an automatic overnight drain that operates whenever liquid accumulates in the filter bowl.
• Regulator: Relieving-type regulator exhausts air downstream when pressure rises above the maximum preset pressure. Adjustable pressure range of 2-125 PSI with lockout knob for consistent control.
• Lubricator: Drip-type lubricator allows for precise setting to ensure proper tool lubrication and extended pneumatic tool life.

Technical Specifications:

• Connection Size: 1/2" NPT female threads (inlet and outlet)
• Maximum Inlet Pressure: 250 PSI
• Maximum Flow Rate: 100 SCFM
• Operating Temperature Range: 40°F to 150°F
• Bowl Material: Polycarbonate with metal guards
• Includes pressure gauge for easy monitoring

This ready-to-install FRL trio is ideal for protecting and maintaining pneumatic tools in automotive shops, manufacturing facilities, and industrial applications. The transparent polycarbonate bowls allow for easy visual inspection of contamination levels while the metal guards provide added protection in demanding work environments.
