Product Details

The MBRP S62260PLM is a 5-inch cat-back exhaust system designed for 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine. This Armor Lite Series system delivers exceptional performance and aggressive sound at a value price point, featuring a single side exit configuration with no muffler for maximum exhaust flow and an unmistakable diesel tone.

Construction and Performance:

Built from heavy-gauge aluminized steel tubing, this exhaust system offers excellent durability and resistance to dings and dents from road debris. All tubing is mandrel-bent to maintain consistent diameter throughout each bend, eliminating restrictions and ensuring smooth exhaust flow. This mandrel-bending process prevents the rippling common in crush-bent systems, allowing your engine to breathe more efficiently and produce more power while improving overall performance and longevity.

Key Features:

  • 5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel construction for maximum flow
  • Single side exit design with no muffler for aggressive sound
  • Cat-back configuration for straightforward bolt-on installation
  • Heavy-gauge tubing resists damage from road debris
  • Enhanced exhaust tone that stands out from the crowd
  • Improved throttle response and engine efficiency

Installation Notes:

This system is designed for bolt-on installation, though some cutting may be required during fitment. The Armor Lite Series provides the same precise fitment as MBRP's premium exhaust systems. This product carries a 1-year warranty and is ideal for customers in dry climates or those seeking maximum performance and sound on a budget.

Smooth transaction decent price but would have preferred free shipping which made your lower price equal to your competitors higher pricing. Just sayin

Delivered as promised.

Great online experiance

Ordered a DiabloSport tuner for my truck here, as they had the lowest prices on the web with shipping. Order was placed on Saturday and shipped Monday. Although I received my tracking number on Tuesday, I was pleasantly surprised that they had already shipped it out. Nonetheless, my transaction was flawless. I would order from them again with no doubts.

So far my shopping experience was excellent. Looked up the parts, entered the quantity and they were on the way. Delivered on time as the order was placed

Very easy quick and simple
