Wiseco 40145M07680 Forged Piston Kit Honda CRF250R 76.80mm 13.5:1 CR

The Wiseco 40145M07680 is a complete forged piston kit designed for the Honda CRF250R, featuring a 76.80mm bore and 13.5:1 compression ratio. Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA in Mentor, OH, this kit delivers the precision tolerances and performance characteristics demanded by serious dirt bike riders and racers.

Key Features:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum alloy construction for maximum strength and dependability
• Dedicated forging design optimizes the strength-to-weight ratio for each specific engine application
• Computer-engineered piston skirt profiles minimize cylinder wall friction for improved throttle response and maximum horsepower and torque
• Improved tensile strength over cast pistons — resists impact, fatigue, and stress under high-performance conditions
• Built to tight tolerances for the ultimate combination of performance and long service life
• Complete kit includes piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips

Wiseco is the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States that produces pistons strictly using the forging process, starting with aerospace-grade aluminum. The forging process compresses the material's molecules, increasing aluminum density and aligning grain flow — resulting in superior resistance to impact and fatigue compared to cast alternatives. Note: Oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving.
