Product Details

The ARP 134-5204 is a precision-engineered main stud kit specifically designed for Dart SHP (Small Block Chevy) engine blocks. These high-performance main studs provide superior clamping force and reliability compared to factory bolts, making them essential for high-horsepower and racing applications where engine stability is critical.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured from ARP's premium 8740 chromoly steel for exceptional strength and durability
  • Heat-treated to 190,000 PSI tensile strength for maximum clamping force
  • Precision rolled threads ensure consistent torque values and optimal fastener performance
  • Black oxide finish provides corrosion resistance and lubricity
  • Includes hardened parallel-ground washers for even load distribution
  • Studs eliminate main cap walk and maintain bearing clearances under high loads
  • Application-specific design ensures proper fit for Dart SHP engine blocks

Each kit includes premium-grade ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant to ensure accurate torque readings and proper installation. ARP studs are the gold standard in performance engine fasteners, trusted by professional engine builders and racers worldwide.
