Product Details

The Coast R001521BLK is a replacement right-hand end cap designed for Carefree SOK III, XL SOK III, and Summit RV awnings. This screw-attached end cap is constructed from durable black plastic and serves as a critical component in maintaining proper awning function and spring tension.

Key Features:

  • Right-hand (RH) position end cap for screw-attached awning covers
  • Compatible with Carefree SOK III, XL SOK III, and Summit awning models
  • Includes required mounting screws for installation (quantity of 6)
  • Black plastic construction for durability and weather resistance
  • Houses spring retention mechanism to maintain proper awning tension
  • Single unit includes both front and back cover components

This end cap is an essential replacement part that prevents spring unwinding and ensures your RV awning operates correctly. If your awning cover is spring-loaded, you may need to remove the spring from the cover before installation. The end cap features a critical casting stop that retains spring tension - replacing a worn or damaged cap prevents awning malfunction and potential spring release issues.
