Gates 24347 Molded Coolant Hose - EPDM Radiator Hose Replacement

The Gates 24347 is a precision-molded replacement coolant hose engineered to OEM specifications. Pre-shaped to fit exactly like the original equipment hose, it delivers a leak-free seal without the guesswork of trimming or bending straight hose stock. Gates molded coolant hoses are manufactured for upper, lower, bypass, and heater coolant circuit applications.

Key Features:

• EPDM construction — EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and a heat- and ozone-resistant EPDM cover for long service life
• Electrochemical degradation (ECD) resistance — engineered to resist the leading cause of coolant hose failure, where galvanic reactions create micro-cracks in the hose tube
• Vacuum collapse resistance — specifically engineered materials help resist vacuum collapse, reducing the need for internal support springs in many applications
• Wide temperature range — rated from -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
• Meets SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 industry standard
• Pre-shaped fit — factory-molded to ensure a properly sealed connection right out of the box
• Marine approved — suitable for marine cooling system applications

Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed to ensure a secure, long-lasting connection. As a trusted name in engine fluid management, Gates delivers OE-quality performance in every molded coolant hose.
