Gates 6K770AP Micro-V Serpentine Drive Belt 6-Rib K Section

The Gates 6K770AP Micro-V Serpentine Belt is a premium OE-replacement drive belt engineered to restore reliable accessory drive performance. Part of Gates' industry-leading Micro-V® line, this 6-rib, K-section belt is built to match OE dimensions, construction, and materials for a direct-fit replacement.

Key Features:

• Special belt construction eliminates belt noise, reduces tension loss, and solves problem drive applications
• EPDM rubber compound resists cracking, heat, and wear on the rib surface for long service life
• High-modulus, low-stretch aramid fiber cord — the same material used in ballistic-resistant vests — provides superior strength and dimensional stability
• Fiber-reinforced undercord improves belt stability and wear resistance
• Designed for small-diameter pulleys, backside idlers, and for use with or without automatic tensioners
• Unique form-grinding of each individual belt ensures precise dimensional control
• Meets or exceeds SAE J1459, SAE J2432, and SAE J1596 specifications
• Meets or exceeds all Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications

Also sold under the Roadmax 6K770AP designation, this belt cross-references to OEM part numbers from Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, and others. Gates recommends inspecting and replacing serpentine belts at 90,000 miles to help prevent unexpected vehicle breakdowns.
