Gates 24349 Premium Molded Coolant Hose EPDM Radiator Hose

The Gates 24349 is a premium molded coolant hose engineered for superior performance in automotive cooling systems. This factory-molded radiator hose is manufactured to OEM specifications, providing a precise fit for upper, lower, or bypass coolant applications in select vehicles.

Key Features:

• EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) construction with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement for durability
• Pre-shaped molded design ensures proper fit and sealed connections
• 1.32-inch inside diameter at both ends for consistent flow
• 28.82-inch centerline length provides OE-exact dimensions
• Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of coolant hose failure
• Heat and ozone-resistant EPDM cover withstands extreme temperatures from -40°F to +275°F
• Meets SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 specifications for quality assurance
• Does not require internal spring due to vacuum-resistant materials

Gates molded coolant hoses resist the formation of micro-cracks that occur when hose material, coolant, and metal fittings create electrochemical reactions. This advanced engineering prevents coolant seepage, reinforcement breakdown, and premature failure, delivering reliable performance and extended service life for your vehicle's cooling system.
