GPD 1711287 A/C Thermostatic Switch with 34" Capillary Tube

The GPD 1711287 is an air conditioning thermostatic switch designed to provide precise temperature control for automotive and heavy-duty A/C systems. This rotary-style thermostat features a 34-inch capillary tube for flexible installation and mounting options.

Key Features:

• Rotary dial control for adjustable temperature settings
• 34-inch capillary tube length for versatile mounting applications
• Designed to meet or exceed OE fit, form, and function requirements
• Voltage and amperage draw tested for reliable performance
• Durability tested on every new design
• Controls compressor clutch cycling to maintain optimal cabin temperature

In modern vehicles, this electrical switch provides feedback to the engine control module (ECM) to manage the A/C system. In earlier vehicle applications, it directly controls compressor operation to prevent compressor failure and ensure consistent cooling performance.
