Milton Industries 1808 M-Style 3/8" Female Plug with 1/4" NPT

The Milton Industries 1808 is a 3/8" female plug designed for use with M-Style (Industrial) air coupler systems. This component is part of Milton's ColorFit line, featuring a durable anodized red coating that allows for easy color-coded identification of different air lines in your shop or workspace.

Key Features:

• 3/8" basic flow size for high-volume air applications
• 1/4" NPT threaded connection for standard compatibility
• Scratch-resistant steel sleeve design with anodized red coating
• Color-coded system prevents cross-contamination between air lines
• Compatible with Milton M-Style and competitor M-Style couplers and plugs
• Maximum working pressure: 300 PSI

Design and Durability:

Milton's ColorFit system uses a proprietary anodizing process and steel sleeve construction that outlasts traditional aluminum-only designs. The steel reinforcement is strategically placed in high-wear areas to resist scratching and maintain the color-coded finish over time. This makes it easy to distinguish between different air lines—such as lubricated versus non-lubricated, or high pressure versus low pressure—reducing the risk of costly mistakes.

Specifications:

• Flow size: 3/8"
• Thread size: 1/4" NPT
• Maximum pressure: 300 PSI
• Color: Anodized red
• For use with compressed air only
• 1-year warranty

The red-to-red color matching system simplifies shop organization and helps prevent accidental connection of incompatible air lines, making this an essential component for professional shops and serious DIY enthusiasts.
