Mayhew 25009 Pilot Punch Roll Pin Punch - 3/8 10

The Mayhew 25009 is a professional-grade 3/8" pilot punch, also known as a roll pin punch, designed to drive in and remove roll pins or other hollow tension pins with precision and control. This #10 size punch features Mayhew's original patented design for superior performance.

Key Features:

• Patented rounded end design that fits snugly within a roll pin for secure engagement
• Ball-shaped center point ensures proper contact with the pin, preventing damage to the pin or hole wall
• Applies equal pressure to the end of the pin, driving it straight through the hole without binding
• 3/8" diameter with #10 point size (0.38" tip)
• Standard SAE measurement for easy identification and organization
• Professional-grade construction for long-lasting durability

Ideal for automotive, industrial, and general mechanical applications where roll pins or hollow tension pins need to be installed or removed without damage. The specialized ball-point design eliminates the common problem of pin deformation or hole wall scoring that occurs with standard flat punches.
