Rein AJ811638 Engine Coolant Bypass Hose

The Rein AJ811638 is an OE-quality engine coolant bypass hose that allows coolant to recirculate within the engine without passing through the radiator. This hose is designed as a direct replacement for OE hoses, identical to OE predecessors from the size and shape of branches to thermoplastic quick connect fittings. Also known by Rein part number CHE0128R, this thermostat bypass hose connects the thermostat housing to the coolant inlet.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement design with precise fitment and identical construction to original equipment
• Engineered to withstand extreme temperatures and chemical exposure for optimal engine performance
• Fiber-reinforced rubber construction provides firm, durable strength that resists the spongy deterioration common in aging hoses
• Replaces OEM part numbers AJ82569, AJ87633, and AJ88713
• Manufactured by Rein Automotive since 2007, known for OE quality replacement parts at affordable prices, with a name meaning "pure" in German

If you are planning on doing a coolant flush, thermostat replacement, or work on any part of your cooling system, it's an ideal time to replace aging coolant hoses. An easy way to gauge hose condition is by squeezing it—an aging hose needing replacement will feel spongy as the interior disintegrates.
