I purchased an Optima Red Top 75 battery from Autoplicity and they have some of the best prices available.  The item was shipped right away and they knew the inventory that was available, not like others who said there may be a 2 to 3 week shipping time frame.  So far the service has been great and I look forward to continued great service.

Well, I'll start with saying this...I wanted a specific product from COBB tuning that they sell. It was priced lower than any other company so I bought it. This happened on the 22nd, I ended up calling them almost a week later to request tracking info. They were very friendly when they notified me it wouldn't be able to ship out till the 3rd of feb. For a 2 lb item I thought this was pretty slow. They apologized for COBB holding the order up. Its now the 7th, should get my item today!! Overall its a good company with friendly employees, Shipping time is lacking but a trade off for the lowest price. I would refer a friend for price and also mention shipping time  expectations. I do believe there's  something to be said for quality customer service and low prices...It's becoming harder and harder to find companies that posses such qualities. Honestly, if they had a faster shipping method I would give them a perfect rating.<br>
