I called in twice for help. Neither person was friendly or knew what a jack stand is. One insisted I provide make, model & year. I said it is not a car item, it is a jack stand. Second person told me neither item I ordered is offered at the cyber Monday discount.
I did receive the products I ordered in a few days. Products were as I ordered.
