These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

This is the first time that I have ordered from Autoplicity and I will always search their site first when looking for aftermarket parts for my car. I bought an air oil separator that is normally 300 for 220! I ordered on monday and received it on thursday. I was shocked to receive it so fast.
