    1. When I tried checking out directly on your page, I couldn't use my credit card, because your fraud detection system refused my card, though it is my card.
    So I checked out using my amazon account.
    It seems that your system has some problems.

    2. When checking out, I couldn't have my shipping address other than the billing address. I think it should be possible to designate shipping address other than the billing address.

    I would have to say that their customer service is somewhat lacking. Called customer service trying to figure out where one of my products was and when I was to receive a refund for another item that was discontinued (but still on their website for sale). The service rep seemed bored with my call and quick to give me vague info on where my items were in processing, one item was on the loading dock waiting for UPS to pick up and the other was in the payment dept. and I should give another 72hrs for them to process (have already been waiting a week for refund). After getting off the phone and deciding to give it a few days, it turns out the item that was 'on the loading dock' was at my house delivered. Two days later they sent me an email notification stating they just shipped the product and will be there soon. One day after that, I finely got my refund.
    So in short, I would have to say I will not be shopping here ever again and would persuade others to do so. Customer service means a lot to me and would like to be treated as if my business is appreciated. Don't do this, there's 100's of other places that would gladly do so!
