    Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me.  I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site.  To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted.  I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.
    I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!!  I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock

Return Policy

Most products at Autoplicity.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the shipment date. Contact our Customer Service Department at 800-299-1028 to request approval for a return or email support@autoplicity.com All returns must be processed through the Customer Service Department. Upon approval, an RMA # will be issued with instructions on how and where to process your return. All items must be returned in new, un-used condition, contain original packaging and documentation and contain all hardware and accessories.
