Federal Mogul STS305 Fuel Pump Strainer

I googled a bulkhead for a 1500 Chevy Express and this item popped up showing the complete bulkhead that I needed and there was no description of the product available. I purchased it based on it being as represented in the picture. I didn't receive what was not what was represented in the picture. It was just the wing tips and header. I feel your advertising was a bait and switch tactic which is illegal and I intend to pursue it through the Attorney General as I'm being charged a 15% restocking fee and have to pay to ship it back.
