Cleveland, Ohio 44102 Phone 440-787-7235 ^^^ SEE ABOVE NOTE When checking out it wouldn't let me change the shipping address so I had to wait for it to come to my house then ship it back to Ohio which I had to pay for.

Called over the phone and the guy told me he couldn't help me with a coupon/refund, but that I had to contact support via email (I guess the phone support and email support aren't one and the same).
