There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. tried to track package and all i ever got was, your order is being processed. i did try to call on a saturday, but business hours were over. And yes i did try to email several times and they were either ignored or never received.
