This item fits: *2004-2008 Ford F150 Truck (All). Replacement mounting plates for Cal-Vu Mirrors. Simple bolt-on design allows you to replace broken mounting plates in a snap without having to replace the entire mirror assembly. When the Cal-Vu mirrors are hit they tend to break at the mounting plate saving the mirror housings. Sold in pairs (1-Left and 1-Right).

Ordered a set of 5 steel wheels, distributor messed up and only sent me 4. 5th wheel is taking a good couple weeks to arrive due to the distributor messing up the shipment. Autoplicity did make things right and I can honestly say now I would recommend them.
